Frequently Asked Questions
Pokhara sits at the foot of the Annapurna range with clean mountain air, comfortable altitude (827m), and a peaceful environment ideal for yoga practice. Unlike Kathmandu, Pokhara has no pollution or traffic noise — just serene lakes, Himalayan views, and a welcoming traveler community.
Our yoga retreats start from €150 for a 3-day retreat. Prices vary by duration (3-28 days) and room type (private or sharing). All retreats include daily yoga sessions, meditation, 3 vegetarian meals, and accommodation with Himalayan mountain views.
No experience is required. Our yoga retreats welcome complete beginners through advanced practitioners. Each session is adapted to your level, and our instructors provide individual attention to ensure proper alignment and understanding.
Every retreat includes daily yoga sessions, guided meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), kirtan (spiritual chanting), 3 vegetarian meals per day, and comfortable accommodation. Some retreats also include sound healing, Ayurvedic treatments, trekking excursions, and spiritual counseling.
A typical retreat day starts with morning tea at 6:00 AM, followed by yoga and pranayama at 6:30. Breakfast at 9:00, then free time or workshops. Lunch at 12:30, afternoon rest or activities, evening yoga at 4:30, meditation and kirtan at 6:00, dinner at 7:00.
October through November offers the clearest Himalayan views and perfect temperatures. March through May is excellent with spring warmth and blooming rhododendrons. We operate retreats year-round, 365 days, including monsoon season when the landscape is lush and green.
Our retreat center is in Ghachowk, a peaceful village 30 minutes from Pokhara Lakeside. We arrange airport pickup from Pokhara Airport (15 minutes) or Kathmandu domestic connections. Most international guests fly to Kathmandu then take a 25-minute flight or 6-7 hour tourist bus to Pokhara.

Comfortable yoga clothing (3-4 sets), layers for cool mornings, good walking shoes, personal toiletries, any medications, journal, and an open mind. We provide yoga mats, props, and all materials. A detailed packing list is provided upon booking.
