Booking & Payment
A retreat booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (30% of total retreat cost) or full payment. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. We accept bank transfer, Wise (TransferWise), and cash (EUR, USD, NPR). Payment instructions are provided upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation (full refund) up to 14 days before arrival date
- 50% refund for cancellations 7-14 days before arrival
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival
- Date changes are free if made 7+ days in advance, subject to availability
We recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
Retreat Participation
Participants must inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or medications before arrival. While our instructors modify practices for various conditions, participants are responsible for listening to their bodies and communicating limitations. We reserve the right to modify retreat schedules due to weather, health concerns, or safety considerations.
Liability
Participants acknowledge that yoga and trekking activities carry inherent risks. Our instructors provide guidance for safe practice, but participants are responsible for their own well-being. We require all guests to have valid travel insurance covering their activities in Nepal, including trekking if booked on a yoga trek retreat.
Code of Conduct
We expect respectful behavior toward teachers, staff, fellow participants, and the local community. Drug use and excessive alcohol are not permitted during retreats. We reserve the right to ask participants to leave without refund for disruptive or dangerous behavior.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
